Bonding Bunnies
A lightweight, floppy bunny for babies and toddlers to cuddle. Made from organic cotton terrycloth, with knotted hands and feet to grasp. Knitted Cotton Animals
These colourful animals have lots of character, with long arms, legs and ears for babies to grasp and chew . Some available in organic cotton. Machine washable. 25-30cm. Designed by Pebble in England and hand knit, fair trade, by a women's community business in Bangladesh that provides above-average wages and flexible working hours. |
Munch Mitt
The perfect toy for young babies who aren't quite grasping yet. A textured surface of food-grade silicone provides both stimulation and relief from teething. The soft fabric mitten has a crinkly noise inside for added interest. Adjustable Velcro strap. Pink, Blue-Grey or Mint Green. Invented by a Canadian mom! |
Touch Rings
These elastic rings offer lots for a baby to explore. The wooden beads are coloured with safe, non-toxic paint. When shaken, a little bell rings; a wooden ring slides over the beads. Can be attached to a pacifier clip to keep within baby's reach. Assorted designs. Made in Germany by Heimess. |
Wooden Pacifier Clips
One end loops around a pacifier or favourite toy to prevent it from getting lost. A clip at the other end attaches to clothing and keeps the chain within your child's reach. Wooden beads are coloured with non-toxic paint, and are safe to chew on. Assorted designs. Made by Heimess in Germany. |
Amber Teething Necklaces
A natural form of pain relief for teething babies. Baltic amber is fossilized tree resin that contains succinic acid, which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. The warmth of the skin allows the amber to release trace amounts of succinic acid when worn throughout the day. Amber necklaces are not meant to be chewed. A necklace should be fitted so that it is loose, yet cannot be lifted up to a baby's mouth. Necklaces have individually knotted beads and a safety release feature on the clasp. Made in Lithuania. |
