Only two more weeks of the 2015 season at the Orangeville Farmers' Market. The market moves inside the town hall for November and December on alternating Saturdays.
We will have a booth at The Maples Academy Fall Festival on October 3 from 10am-4pm. Lots of new products to display!
1. Go natural. Look for toys made from materials like sustainable wood (with a non-toxic finish), organic textiles (cotton, wool, etc) and natural rubber.
2. Look for items that will last. High quality toys may cost a bit more, but they will last much longer and can be handed down to younger children.
3. Read labels. What is this toy made of? Where does it come from? Choose Canadian, European and American products, as other countries may have lax toy regulations.
4. Look for local. Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by buying local and eco-friendly. If you live near Orangeville, ON, we offer free pick up for orders at marigoldstoys.com
